What personally helps me is a short walk in the nature (if possible) or just in a local park, if you are living in a city. During that walk, I clear my head and usually got an idea on how to write something or what to write about...

I like the idea be a kid again, it is clearing browser cache to improve browser speed. This is hard to achieve, as human being not willing to start over from 0, and it require lot of effort.
