1. Treat it like a conversation.
2. Don't oversell.
3. Don't be too long (emails should be short and sweet).
4. Work on your subject lines.
5. Stay personal (use first names, if your newsletter tool allows you to)

When you're writing a newsletter think of someone in mind for example your brother, and talk in a engaging manner. your writing your reflect your personality while giving useful information.

Don't make your newsletter an add, make it something that your customers may look forward too. Along with your add give them some personal stories too. Something that engages them.

you can find some great tips on YouTube about writing newsletters!

Don't forget about space for images. I've seen too many newsletters with way way too much copy. Also get your headlines right.

The people on your email list should hear the real you. Talk to them as you would if they were in the same room and never change your voice. If you write in a certain style on your blog or site, then carry that same voice over to your newsletters. In this way, your subscribers will develop trust for you and in what you have to say and eventually that will result in sales.

Don't buy email lists. A simple tip, which should guide you through a lot of steps in your email campaign: how to attract readers, how to make them subscribe, how to keep them coming back for more, etc.

Above all, think of it from the perspective of the reader. If you do that you'll not go far wrong.

First of all create a Media contact for your Organization and display the contact details in News Article at bottom.

Write Something NEW
=> New Product Launch
=> New offer
=> New Service

Your newsletter needs to be interesting – why am I going to read this if you are just talking about something that I do not already believe I want? Answer is simple: you give them something interesting to read. Give them something they are passionate about, otherwise things are just never going to be interesting enough to continue reading.

For your newsletters to be a success try these steps
Subject Line- It is the heart of Newsletter you have to try writing eye catching subject line, a good subject line will help you to get more open ups and click. you should also try A/B split testing before releasing your newsletters. Do not include free, best or superlatives in your newsletter which are treated as spam by most of the ISP's

Body - the content on your newsletter should be brief. it should not be very descriptive or boring to your intended customers.

While writing Newsletter, the News Subject must be attractive and call to action type of title.
