Looking for someone to professionally code and order page form - Status: Active

I need to overhaul my order page checkout form, but don't quite have the technical know-how. Here is the order form page:

Currently I only accept Paypal. I also have an account with 2 Checkout, and have signed up with a credit card proccessing company. I would like to incorporate those services into my ordering system, but need some help. I don't know quite how to pass all the right variables such as amount, category/country specified, the URL provided, and other things to the processor. I also might want to change how the order form looks and such to make it easier and more streamlined.

If you know what your doing it probably shouldn't take more than an hour or so.
