Web Designer/Programmer to put together a Sports/News Site - Project Details |

I have a web design project I want to outsource. I have the domain, and an idea of what I want (sports news related). The designer will need to do some custom graphics, an original design, know rss and css well, as well as being familiar with working w/ subdomains and using mod_rewrite. Looking to get this started ASAP, and complete by the middle to end of August at the latest.
